1. Product Introduction
OBON EPS wall panels use the latest construction technology to provide a a solution to so many issues associated with older building methods. It is an advanced alternative to traditional use of concrete blocks in building permanent housing and other buildings, it is also an innovative and revolutionary construction system that utilizes a series of uniquely manufactured composite panels that meets and is certified by British, American and Chinese standards. The panels are easily and quickly cemented together to form both external and internal walls for houses and almost any other building type. OBON EPS wall panels have many advantages over conventional brick walls that reduce both construction time, overall cost and much more.
2. Structure of the Panels
Each composite panel is formed by sandwiching the relevant core mixture (either polystyrene bead and cement for Type 1 or ceramsite, polystyrene beads and cement for Type 2)
Panel Type 1: Polystyrene & Cement core
This panel type is the lighter of the two. The core of each panel is a mixture of polystyrene form beads and cement and is sandwiched between two surface boards made from calcium silicate board.
Panel Type 2: Polystyrene, Ceramsite & Cement core
This panel type contains ceramiste (see below for information about ceramiste) as well as polystyrene foam beads and cement. Again, the mixture is sandwiched between two surface boards made from calcium silicate board.
3. Advantages
There are many advantages to using this solution instead of other conventional methods (bricks/concrete block) for building housing without sacrificing any quality.
a, Eco-friendly and energy saving
All the materials contained in the wall panels are non-toxin and environmental friendly. Industrial wastage from other industrial activities such as fly ash and polystyrene are utilized as the filling for the wall panels making them one way of reducing waste and therefore contributing the protecting the environment.
b, Fireproof
Against high temperature of 1000 degrees Celsius for more than 4 hour of fire resistance test, OBON light and energy saving wall materials do not emit toxic gases, which means its flammable properties is perfectly meet the national A-class standards.
c, More Space: Increases a building’s useable area
The EPS wall panels are thinner than standard brick walls. This means the usable area, or floor space, of a house built using the panels is larger than the same house would be if it was built with standard brick walls. As well as being thinner, it can be painted and decorated without adding layers of plaster which is necessary with brick walls. An increase in floor space adds value to the house.
d, More stronger: High Strength & Durability with Impact Resistance
OBON wall panel is with high strength and good impact resistance, which could be used as the partition wall in multi-layer and long-span building. The overall seismic performance is 10 times higher than ordinary masonry wall. Used as partition wall panel, it brings tight construction, and non-deformation, the wall is not easily to loose but with good seismic resistance.
e, Moisture-proof and water proof
Without any waterproof treatment, experiments have proved that OBON panel can maintain dry without leaving any stains by putting it inside the water pool. Even in wet weather, you will not see any water drop on the surface. Both sides of the panel are specialized waterproof board with high moisture resistant, which can be used for kitchen, bathrooms, basements and other wet areas.
f, Sound insulation
The raw materials for the OBON panel including the exterior panels and inside core fillings are with good sound insulation performance. The sound insulation for 90mm OBON panel is 42dB. The sound insulation for OBON panel conforms to our national standard and it is better than the traditional brick wall.
g, More Faster: Easy construction, High efficiency and Time saving
As it is assembling construction, if for lower than 4 meters high wall, a skilled worker can assemble more than 35㎡per day by three people working in a group. What is more, both sides of the wall will not require for plastering, the working efficiency is 15 times faster than traditional construction.
h, Heat insulation and warm preservation
The raw materials for OBON board is heat preservation material, and honeycomb structure has good warm preservation and heat insulation function, which makes OBON panel can automatically adjust the indoor moisture content by the change of the season and climate, to make it possible to adjust the temperature in ecological regulation.
i, Walls can be slotted, wired,nailed, hanged, painted and pasted
According to actual requirement, OBON wall panel can be slotted, wired, nailed or put expansion anchor bolt for hanging such as air conditioner. The maximum single hanging force is 45kg. Meanwhile, the panel will maintain smooth without any dust after the above procedure, we can continue with the further finish such as paste ceramic tiles, wall paper, wood trim and others.

4. Product Applications
a, Exterior & Interior Wall
The raw materials for OBON board is heat preservation material, and honeycomb structure has good warm preservation and heat insulation function, which makes OBON panel can automatically adjust the indoor moisture content by the change of the season and climate, to make it possible to adjust the temperature in ecological regulation
It has been Widely used in various combinations houses: low-level, duplex apartments, villas and urban residential buildings. OBON EPS wall panels are non-load-bearing wall, steel frame structure shall be put for the load bearing.
b, Floor
Besides the basic superior performance such as sound insulation, waterproof, moisture proof, it also has high bearing capacity, antistatic, friction resistance, high strength, easy for wiring, anti-corrosion, anti-deformation, anti-cracks and other prominent advantages, which make it very suitable for floor in construction of factory, workshop, warehouse, etc.
c,Roofing
Not only effectively solves the problem of roof leakage, it is also heat insulation, warm preservation, junction surface is flat and level, high temperature resistant, long life span. The light weight and high strength characteristics make it possible to reduce the use of roof beam and other materials. Its simple construction and installation process, greatly shorten the construction period.
d,Well pipe, fire control and equipment room
With its high quality fireproof, hanging force, sound insulation, heat insulation, waterproof, easily to install and etc, it is widely used in high-rise and super-tall building partition wall of well pipe, fire control and equipment room and other special locations.
e, Ultra-high wall and Unique walls
Because the wall is fabricated triad installation structure, board with board joggle into a whole, its shock resistance is generally more than 1.5 times of traditional bricks wall. The overall seismic performance is several times higher than ordinary masonry wall, which can meet Grade-8 magnitude. Anchor installation with steel structure method can apply to super high, large span and abnormity wall projects.
